■Allring Experience Fun - A Day as an Engineer, Let's Get Hands-On■"Mom, I want to be an engineer in the future! Dad, I want to be a scientist!" "Dad, why don't you play with me on weekends?"
Allring Technology hears the voices of children! To promote work-life balance among employees and enhance parent-child interaction, they organized a workplace experience camp, allowing children to gain a better understanding of their parents' work while fostering closer relationships.
On that day, Mr. Chung, the CEO of Allring Charity Foundation, delivered a speech. The event featured LEGO assembly for older children to inspire their imagination and construction skills, as well as clay modeling for younger children to nurture their creativity. Through these hands-on activities, children's imagination flourished, and parent-child interaction was strengthened.
Moreover, homemade pizza was prepared to further enhance parent-child interaction. While waiting for the pizzas to bake, there were interactions with magicians and the floor-cleaning robot MAX, filling the venue with laughter and amazement.
In addition to their commitment to using technology to change people's lives, Allring also cares about the balance between colleagues and families. They regularly organize activities for parents and children. If you missed out on this event, don't worry! There will be plenty of exciting activities planned in the coming months. Please stay tuned for updates and notifications!
